Can a prominent fatty cyst on the forehead, the size of a fava bean, be removed with a laser?

There is no objection to removing the cyst with a laser or by other means, as long as it does not lead to harm. If it results in harm, then it is not permissible at that time, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "There shall be no harm or reciprocating harm."
