Is it permissible for the title deed of a mosque to be in the name of a specific person, and is it permissible for that person to sell it to another?

It is permissible to register a mosque's ownership deed in the name of an individual or a group if necessity or benefit dictates, and such registration is nominal. Therefore, the person in whose name the ownership is registered is not permitted to dispose of it through sale or similar actions, for mosques belong to Allah.
