Is it better to leave a company that deals in usury and move to another that is free of it?

It is impermissible to remain employed by a company that has usurious loans if the person is involved with those loans through writing or witnessing, except in cases of dire necessity that would lead to ruin or extreme hardship. However, if the work is free from any involvement with usurious loans, there is no objection to remaining employed. Nevertheless, working for another entity whose dealings are free from usury is more preferable, better, and safer.
