Is it permissible for the uncircumcised pilgrim (Hajj or Umrah performer) to perform Hajj or Umrah?

Circumcision for males is obligatory according to the majority of scholars. Whoever has not been circumcised should hasten to do so in obedience to Allah and out of a desire for purity, unless it would cause him harm. The acts of worship performed by an uncircumcised person are valid, including Hajj and Umrah. Any remaining impurity on the foreskin is excused due to the impossibility of its removal. Some scholars, like Ibn Abbas, have emphasized the importance and obligation of circumcision, but this does not invalidate the validity of acts of worship.
