Is throwing after midnight for the Jamarat of Tashreeq valid, or is it obligatory to appoint an agent for throwing after zawal on the same day?

The time for stoning Jamrat al-Aqaba begins after midnight on the Day of Sacrifice (Yawm al-Nahr). As for stoning on the Days of Tashreeq, there are two opinions: The first is that it begins after Dhuhr (midday), which is the opinion of the majority. The second is that it begins after Fajr (dawn). Stoning before Fajr on thedays of Tashreeq is invalid, except for what was narrated from Al-Juwayni regarding the permissibility of performing the stoning of one day on the day preceding it. If your stoning before Fajr was for the Day of Sacrifice, it is valid. If it was for the Days of Tashreeq, it is invalid. However, the stoning performed by an agent is sufficient due to the excuse of illness. If there was no excuse and no possibility of returning, then the stoning by the agent is invalid, and you must offer a dam (sacrifice) to be slaughtered in the Haram and distributed among its poor.
