Is it permissible for a poor debtor to take Zakat from his wife to pay off his debt, and should he prioritize fulfilling a vow or paying off debt if he comes into money?

It is permissible for a wife to pay her zakat to her poor husband. If the husband is unable to pay his debts to people and his vow to Allah Almighty, and he can afford only one of them, then he should prioritize paying the debt to the human being; because it is based on strictness, while the right of Allah Almighty is based on leniency, and He may forgive it.
