Is the testimony of a homing pigeon breeder, and others like him, not accepted?

It is permissible to raise pigeons for adornment, food, selling their squabs, or sending messages. However, flying them for sport and amusement is blameworthy in Islamic law due to the harm it causes people, the theft of other people's pigeons, and the waste of time. Scholars have stated that whoever does this loses their uprightness, and their testimony is not accepted. They cited the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "A devil following a she-devil," and mentioned that this amusement may reach the level of prohibition, and that it necessitates preventing those who engage in it due to their peering into people's private spaces.
