What is the ruling on having a wet dream about a girl one loves, and is one held accountable for that, given his knowledge of not being able to propose to her currently due to studies, and the girl's anger upon learning of his wet dream about her, thinking it is forbidden?

A Muslim is not held accountable for what he sees in his dream, because the pen is lifted from him while he is asleep. However, he is held accountable for the forbidden relationship between him and the girl, and he must repent by immediately cutting off the relationship and regretting it. It is not permissible for a Muslim to intentionally fall in love with a foreign girl. If love occurs unintentionally, he must restrain himself from engaging with her in what Allah has forbidden. If it is then decreed for him to marry her, then so be it; otherwise, it is obligatory to cut off any relationship with her.
