What is the ruling on allowing satellite channels to broadcast programs about sorcery, divination, and the teaching of talismans, claiming knowledge of the unseen, and disparaging legitimate ruqyah practitioners, along with a call to protect the creed of Tawhid by preventing these charlatans?

Learning and practicing magic is an act of disbelief (kufr), as Allah Almighty says: "And Solomon did not disbelieve, but the devils disbelieved, teaching people magic." Channels run by Muslims should not broadcast programs about magic unless they include a warning about its dangers. If a Muslim is unable to change evil with his hand or tongue, he must denounce it with his heart, which is the weakest form of faith. Denouncing with the heart means hating the evil and feeling sad about the inability to change it. If a Muslim is unable to change evil and can leave the place where Allah is being disobeyed, he must leave it. In this case, denouncing with the heart alone is not sufficient, for Allah Almighty says: "So do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, in that case, you would be like them." Every Muslim who cannot change evil must prevent himself and his family from watching it and promoting it.
