Is it obligatory to tell one's family about low fertility that may prevent conception, after telling the fiancée and her agreeing?

If an adult, mature woman consents to marriage, knowing of the suitor's low fertility and the possibility of not having children, this is sufficient. The matter does not depend on her guardian's knowledge, because the right belongs to her. Jurists have stipulated that whoever knows of a defect that necessitates annulment and consents to it at the time of the contract or thereafter, forfeits their right to annulment. The woman's knowledge of the defect is sufficient, and there is no condition for her family to be informed of it. The suitor should exert effort in seeking treatment and ask Allah Almighty of His bounty. It should also be noted that the fiancée is a stranger to the suitor, so he is not permitted to be in seclusion with her or touch her.
