What is the ruling on selling a plot of land to someone who intends to mortgage it to obtain an interest-based loan?

It is not permissible to sell land to someone who buys it to mortgage it for a usurious loan, due to the prohibition of cooperating in sin and aggression. Jurists have explicitly stated the impermissibility of selling anything that is used to facilitate a sin, such as selling grapes to someone who will press them into wine, or selling weapons during times of strife, and anything else intended for an unlawful purpose.
