What is the wisdom behind the Prophet's command to the 'Uraniyyin to catch up with the camels of charity and drink their milk and urine, and who are the 'Uraniyyin?

The story of the 'Uranin (people from the 'Uranah tribe) is confirmed in the two Sahih collections (Bukhari and Muslim), where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, allowed them to drink camel urine and milk as a remedy for an illness they contracted after becoming unwell in Medina. This illness was dropsy, which caused their bellies to swell and their complexions to turn yellow. This indicates that camel urine and milk are a cure for such ailments. Some narrations also state that they drank from it until their bellies and complexions improved. This is further affirmed by the Prophet's saying: "Indeed, there is healing in camel urine and milk for those whose bellies are ill."
