Is the saying of Amr ibn al-'As: "If any of you knew the reality of Hell, he would scream from it until his voice broke, and pray until his back was broken," authentic?

This narration was authenticated by Al-Hakim and agreed upon by Al-Dhahabi, from Abdullah ibn Amr, who said: "Weep, and if you cannot weep, then pretend to weep. If you had known true knowledge, one of you would have prayed until his back broke, and would have wept until his voice cut off."
