Is it permissible to play a tape of the Noble Qur’an in the car while driving, taking into consideration that the Qur’an requires contemplation and attentive listening?

Playing the Quran and listening to it from the radio or a tape is among the best acts of devotion and obedience. It is recommended for a Muslim to occupy their free time with it in the car or at home. Driving the car does not prevent listening attentively and pondering.
