What is the ruling on listening to the Qur'an in the car if the car's speakers are located down by the feet?

Listening to the Quran and glorifying it is a sign of piety in the hearts. Listening to the Quran in a car, even with some distractions, is not considered a desecration of it. This is supported by the Prophet's action, peace and blessings be upon him, when he recited the Quran while reclining in Aisha's lap, even though she was menstruating. Therefore, listening to the Quran in a car is one of the best acts of devotion and obedience, and it is commendable to listen attentively and reflect.
