Is it permissible to practice birth control every five years due to societal corruption and the inability to raise successive children?

It is not permissible to regulate birth out of fear that children may become corrupt, for that is a misjudgment of Allah. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged marriage to the affectionate and fertile woman. However, if birth regulation is for the sake of considering the woman's condition, where she cannot endure pregnancy, then it is permissible, though leaving it is better. And considering the woman's condition takes precedence over considering the society's corruption.
