Is the decision not to marry better for someone who suffers from inactive hepatitis B (virus B), which may be transmitted to the husband and children despite the availability of highly effective vaccinations, for fear of the potential danger to the family?

The effective treatment for this epidemic is recommended, knowing that Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down a cure for it. Marriage and abandoning celibacy are also recommended, along with reliance on Allah for healing, for it is Allah who wills the transmission of illness. It is also advised to immunize the spouse and children to reduce the rate of infection, and to stay away from causes of danger and transmission such as blood and saliva, as the Prophet said: "Flee from the leper as you would flee from a lion."
