Is it permissible for a girl to practice religious rites with the exception of the hijab?

A Muslim must completely submit to Allah and adhere to all His commands, while shunning disobedience. Allah has enjoined the hijab upon women. If a woman is compelled to abandon the hijab due to coercion, she must remain in her home, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And remain in your houses." If she is then forced to go out without a hijab, we hope there will be no sin upon her, due to the Almighty's saying: "So fear Allah as much as you are able." It is not permissible for one who is unable to fulfill a religious command to be lenient regarding other commands.
