Is it permissible for someone who enters the mosque while the muezzin is calling the second Adhan for Jumu'ah prayer to immediately pray Tahiyat al-Masjid, or should he wait until the Adhan finishes?

If someone enters the mosque on Friday while the muezzin is calling the Adhan that follows the Imam's entry, they should pray Tahiyyat al-Masjid (two rak'ahs to greet the mosque) to then be free to listen to the khutbah.
