It is not permissible to work in washing utensils used for alcohol and pork, because it involves cooperation in sin and aggression, and because Allah's earth is vast. As for working with a cleaning company that cleans restaurants selling alcohol and pork (cleaning the place, chairs, and windows), but not the utensils, it appears permissible for one who is in need, because cleaning the restaurant is not a direct assistance in consuming alcohol or pork, and because cleaning restaurants falls under cleaning the market, which is a secondary matter.
