Is impurity or its transfer pardoned if there is no certainty about it? And is what occurred, the transfer of impurity from the prayer rug to the socks and feet due to dampness, considered a form of whisperings (waswasah)? And is it sufficient to wipe the drop of water that reached the anus with wet and dry tissues if it came from the water used for istinja' (washing after urinating/defecating) and is not impure?

The way to treat whisperings (waswas) is to ignore them and not pay attention to them. And whenever you doubt the transfer or the presence of impurity, the default is that it did not occur. Do not rule something impure except with absolute certainty. If you doubt whether what has touched you is impure or pure, the default is its purity. If you doubt whether what has touched you is among the impurities that are excused, then consider it excused, and adopt the easiest and most lenient opinion for yourself. Act upon the saying of those who hold that impurity does not transfer from one body to another, even if one of them is wet. With this, impurity is not ruled in all the aforementioned issues; rather, the default is assumed, which is purity.
