What is the ruling on delaying a prayer beyond its prescribed time in order to perform it in congregation due to work circumstances?

Delaying prayer beyond its legally prescribed time is one of the gravest prohibitions. As for delaying it from the beginning of its time to pray with another congregation, this should not be done, because some scholars have made congregational prayer obligatory in the mosque where the call to prayer is heard. Therefore, a Muslim should strive to organize their time to pray all prayers in congregation in the mosque.
