We advise increasing the remembrance of Allah and the recitation of the Quran, especially Surat Al-Baqarah, and regularly observing the prescribed morning and evening remembrances, as well as those upon entering and exiting, eating, sleeping, and waking. We also recommend the companionship of righteous women and seeking their guidance, consulting a specialized psychiatrist, and reading relevant fatwas.
