What are the possible means to invite a student who does not observe prayer and dislikes it, and who denies other matters, knowing that he rejects advice?

You should vary your approach when advising your brother, sometimes encouraging him towards good and mentioning blessings, and sometimes warning him of punishment. You can seek help from his close friends, and do not despair of advising him, and seek out appropriate times. Sins darken the heart and make it averse to the remembrance of Allah, "No, but what they used to earn has covered their hearts." You must be patient with him, for if Allah guides a single man through you, it is better for you than red camels.
