However, if there were other means of transfer available and you did not use them, then you have fallen short in fulfilling your oath, and the divorce has occurred due to the non-fulfillment of the condition upon which it was suspended, which was transferring the money at the specified time. You can reconcile with your wife before her 'iddah period ends, provided this divorce does not complete the three divorces.
