The answer

If the circumambulation in question is al-Ifadah (the circumambulation of overflowing), then the time for performing it is not limited according to the majority of scholars. She must go to Mecca to perform it and then perform Sa'i (the ritual walk between Safa and Marwa) afterwards, if she has not already done so. Her previous circumambulation is invalid because purity is a condition for circumambulation according to most scholars. If she is unable to go to Mecca, she is considered "muhsarah" (prevented from completing her pilgrimage) and must release herself with a sacrifice (dam). If she is unable to provide a sacrifice, she should fast for ten days. According to the Malikis, she must offer a sacrifice for delaying the Tawaf beyond Dhul-Hijjah.

If the circumambulation in question is Tawaf al-Wada' (the farewell circumambulation), then her Hajj is valid, and she must offer a sacrifice (dam) to be slaughtered and distributed among the poor of the due to its omission.
