The names most beloved to Allah are Abdullah and Abdur-Rahman. There are many Arabic names, including the names of prophets and companions. Preserving a child's identity is not solely through their name, but by instilling Islamic values in them, making them love their language and religion, and cultivating their sense of belonging to both. This is achieved by teaching them the rules of the Arabic language, the fundamentals of religion, strengthening their love for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his companions, and fostering pride in the history of their Ummah.
