Is it seeking refuge from iron, fire, and the road?

It is permissible for a person to seek refuge from anything they fear and are wary of, be it a road, iron, or anything else, using any words they can express, as long as there is no aggression, injustice, or sin involved. It is not a condition for supplication (du'a) to be a transmitted one, even though that is more complete and preferable.
