What is the meaning of this verse from Surat Al-Isra, verse 36?

Allah Almighty said: "And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight, and the heart - all of them will be questioned." This means: do not follow that of which you have no knowledge, and be certain in every word and deed. For Allah will question His servant about what he said and did, and about how he used his limbs. It is obligatory to use them in the servitude of Allah and in devoting religion sincerely to Him, and to restrain them from what Allah dislikes.
