Is the marriage of a chaste woman to a man she knows to be an fornicator void and forbidden, and must she seek a divorce from him, knowing that she hopes for his guidance and rectitude?
Some scholars are of the view that chastity is a condition for the validity of marriage, while the majority consider it valid. Based on the opinion of the majority, your marriage to him is valid, and you bear no sin after consummation. Nevertheless, it is not advisable to continue with him if he remains in his current state, for several reasons: he might be reproached for adultery, his continued actions could lead to problems and divorce, he might be a bad role model for his children, and he could transmit diseases to you.
The advice is to call him to sincere repentance. If he repents and becomes righteous, then there is no harm in completing the marriage. Otherwise, it is better to separate from him and not be swayed by emotion.
