Is lying permissible between spouses if the husband interferes with the wife's spending, prevents her from helping her poor family, and takes from her money without returning it?

A woman's money is her own property, and she may dispose of it as she wishes in acts of righteousness. Her husband is not permitted to prevent her from doing so, and it is unlawful for him to take any part of it except with her willing consent. It is not the husband's right to inquire about the details of her money, nor is she obliged to inform him. She may dispose of it without his knowledge, or use dissimulation when informing him. Her assisting her needy husband is a good deed.
