Regarding the issue of the apartments mentioned, we cannot rule on the permissibility of obeying the mother by transferring them to her name or testifying against the father due to our ignorance of the circumstances of ownership. It is preferable to consult a scholar. It should also be noted that describing one's father as "ungrateful" is bad manners, contradicting the dutifulness and kindness owed to him.
