It is permissible for a suitor to sit with his fiancée if there is a need for it, if temptation is secure, and if a is present. Similarly, it is permissible for a woman to learn the Quran from a man if temptation is secure, if there is no seclusion, and if there is a need for it. However, if temptation is feared, it is not permissible. It is better for a woman to learn the Quran from another woman to block any means to evil.
