Is it permissible to eat without paying for the meal at the workplace if the employees allow it?

It is not permissible to eat a meal without paying its specified price. The fact that the workers do not demand it does not absolve the debt. The price of the meal remains an obligation until it is paid or until the authorized person absolves it, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The hand is responsible for what it takes until it returns it."
