How is the inheritance divided between the wife, the daughter, two full sisters, and six sons of a full brother?

If the deceased left behind only a wife, a daughter, and two full sisters, then the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The daughter receives one-half, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there is only one, she will have half." The remainder goes to the two full sisters by 'asaba (agnatic succession), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "He gave the sister what remained after the daughter's share." The sons of the full brother receive nothing, as they are excluded by the full sisters. The inheritance is divided into sixteen shares: two shares for the wife, eight shares for the daughter, and three shares for each sister. It is obligatory to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be wills, debts, or other factors that could affect the division.
