Are there any laboratory-based scientific studies on what comes out of a fly when it is submerged in a drink?

The hadith about the fly has been authentically narrated from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him. Some have found it problematic due to their ignorance, asking: "How can disease and healing be combined in its wings?" This is an ignorant question, for Allah has combined contradictory characteristics in many animals.

Modern science has discovered that flies carry disease-causing germs and also carry "phage" bacteria that attack these germs. A Muslim must believe everything that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, brought, whether modern science confirms it or not, for no one's word takes precedence over the word of Allah and His Messenger.
