What is the ruling of Islamic law on Sheikh Al-Hashemi's treatment, which consists of honey, herbs, water with erased Quranic verses (mahw), and legal ruqyah for a psychological illness, and is it permissible to use it for treatment?

We ask Allah for your brother's healing, and we advise him to be patient and seek reward from Allah. Treatment with Ruqyah, honey, and herbs is permissible as long as it does not result in harm. There is no harm in using "Ma' Al-Mahw" (water from washing off Quranic verses written on a board and then drinking it), while being wary of charlatans.
