Is it forbidden to purchase photographs of female singers that show only the face and hair, if the purpose is to buy a picture of a favorite singer and for no other reason?

Listening to singing that includes music, or that incites lusts, or any other Sharia violations, is unanimously forbidden. The same applies to a woman's singing for anyone other than her husband or a mahram. Images of female singers are not permissible to be viewed, kept, or bought, especially given the immodesty and debauchery of female singers today. The permissibility of photographic images of living beings is a matter of scholarly disagreement, and the prohibition of what is not necessitated by dire need holds significant weight. Images prevent angels from entering the home, even if the images do not depict awrat (private parts). If this is not the case, then there is no doubt about their prohibition, especially if they are of someone who openly commits sins.
