Is it permissible to inform one's mother about the problems and disagreements that occur between the spouses after the legitimate marriage contract and before the wedding?

Marital problems should not be disclosed to others, as this may exacerbate them. However, there is no harm in consulting family members for advice when unable to solve them, provided the problem can be presented hypothetically without revealing it is personal. This is not considered a breach of secrecy. Allah has permitted the mediation of two arbitrators from the family to resolve disputes.
