Is a woman obligated to change the color of her sleeves, which are close to skin tone and worn under the abaya, if they cause confusion for the observer?

If the sleeves are close to the skin tone and become visible when the abaya shifts, leading the beholder to assume it is her skin, this contradicts the wisdom of the hijab in protecting women and preventing fitna (temptation/strife). Therefore, the cuff of the sleeve should be tightened, or non-eye-catching clothing should be worn under the abaya. The purpose of proper covering is to prevent anything that draws attention, excites notice, or causes fitna. The intention is that consideration for others is required in the matter of covering.
