You must initiate sincere repentance from the immoral act, by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving never to return to it. The first step is to completely distance yourself from the fiancé and not respond to his demands or heed his threats. The fiancé must also repent; if he repents, then there is no objection to marrying him after ensuring the womb is clear. Otherwise, the engagement must be annulled, and he should be shunned. You must conceal what happened and not inform anyone. It is permissible to lie to conceal oneself, because denying the sin is part of self-concealment. Whoever is sincere in their repentance will find aid, concealment, and success from Allah.
