How can I get rid of internet addiction and stealing money from my mother when I am seventeen years old?

The danger of deviation and looking at what Allah Almighty has forbidden, and browsing pornographic websites, may lead to addiction and falling into immoral acts and major sins. It is advised to completely cease visiting these websites because they lead to hardness of the heart and heedlessness, and may be a cause for committing other crimes such as theft. The questioner must stop stealing from his mother and return what he stole or seek her forgiveness, and repent to Allah, for the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin, and for those who repent, Allah replaces their bad deeds with good ones. One must be cautious of gradual theft, as starting with something small may lead to becoming a professional thief, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "May Allah curse the thief who steals an egg and has his hand cut off, and steals a rope and has his hand cut off."
