Will a father be held accountable on the Day of Judgment for his injustice towards his children and wife, or will he be forgiven if his injustice was under the influence of magic?

What your father did to you falls into one of two categories: Either his action was under the influence of magic, in which case he is not held accountable for it, as Allah says: "They learn from them that by which they cause separation between a man and his wife," and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has overlooked for my nation mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they are coerced into." In this case, the burden of injustice lies with the one who cast the magic upon him. Or, his injustice towards you was by his own will and without the influence of magic. In this case, he will be held accountable and judged for it, because injustice will be darknesses on the Day of Resurrection. The rights of people are not dropped except by fulfilling them, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever has wronged his brother regarding his honor or anything else, let him seek his forgiveness today before there will be no dinar or dirham, and if he has good deeds, they will be taken from him to the extent of his wrong, and if he has no good deeds, then some of the bad deeds of his wronged brother will be taken and burdened upon him." You should supplicate for his forgiveness and forgive him, and avoid wronging or accusing the stepmother.
