Was Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman present at the killing of Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, and did Umar ask him if he was among the hypocrites after he was stabbed, and did Umar wish to be buried beneath the feet of the Messenger or beside him, and who prayed over him after his death?

Hudhayfah was in Medina at the time of Umar's assassination. This is indicated by what Al-Bukhari narrated about Umar's visit to Hudhayfah and Uthman ibn Hunayf days before he was struck, asking them about their work.

Umar did not ask Hudhayfah after he was stabbed, but during his lifetime. Al-Haythami and Al-Bazzar narrated that Umar asked Hudhayfah, "Am I one of them?" (meaning the hypocrites). Hudhayfah replied, "No, and I will not clear anyone after you." Umar asked Umm Salamah the same question.

Umar requested to be buried "with his two companions" (the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and Abu Bakr), not under the feet of the Messenger. He ordered his son Abdullah to seek permission from Aisha for this, and so he was buried with them.

Suhaib Ar-Rumi prayed over Umar, may Allah be pleased with him.
