Is there any Shari impediment to a husband's cohabiting with his wife with a prior intention to divorce her after she repays her debts?

Concealing the intention to divorce one's wife in the future does not affect the marital bond, and there is no sin in cohabiting with her.

The questioner is advised to keep his wife and treat her kindly, and not to divorce her due to debts, especially if she is righteous and fulfills his rights.

If she has shortcomings or faults, one should look at her good qualities and overlook her mistakes, based on the Almighty's saying: "And live with them honorably. For if you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allah brings through it much good" (Quran 4:19), and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "A believing man should not hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another."
