What is the ruling of Islamic law on working in a factory that packages halal products, but these packages have pictures of alcoholic beverages on them, and the factory also manufactures cartons specifically for holding alcoholic beverages, knowing that it does not deal with the alcohol itself?

If the work involves manufacturing cartons or packaging for wine, which depicts wine on it, then it is not permissible to continue in it, because it is an invitation to and an assistance in spreading wine. However, if the work is in something else, then there is no harm, while advising the one who performs it. It is preferable to search for another job.
