What is the ruling on the inheritance of a wife, two full sisters, and the sons of a full brother for a deceased person?

The method of inheritance distribution cannot be clarified except after an unambiguous and exhaustive enumeration of the heirs. If the heirs are limited to the wife, two full sisters, and the sons of the full brother, and the deceased left no other heirs, then the wife receives one-quarter as a prescribed share due to the absence of inheriting offspring. The two full sisters receive two-thirds as a prescribed share. The remainder goes to the sons of the brother by virtue of ta'sib (residuary heirship).
