What is the ruling on combining the Maghrib and Isha prayers by having the Adhan called between them during snowfall?

It is permissible to combine the Maghrib and Isha prayers due to rain or snow that wets clothes. The majority of scholars hold that there is no adhan for Isha when it is combined with Maghrib on a night of combination; rather, one adhan is called before Maghrib, and both prayers are performed.
