Does the barking of a dog on a television screen carry the same ruling as the barking of a real dog in expelling angels from the house?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded seeking refuge [with Allah] upon hearing the barking of dogs, whether directly or indirectly, such as when the sound is accompanied by an image inside the house, because they see what we do not. Seeking refuge with Allah at such a time is in hope of Allah's protection from the devils.
