Is someone afflicted with obsessive thoughts of impurity exempt from ghusl, wudu, and prayer if something is emitted from him or if he experiences such thoughts during wudu and prayer?

What overwhelms a person in terms of thoughts is pardoned, and he must strive against himself to repel bad thoughts and replace them with what benefits him. If something issues forth as a result of these thoughts, the person must act according to what has issued forth: if it is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), he must purify the madhiy and perform wudu (ablution); and if it is maniy (semen), he must perform ghusl (ritual bath). If he is unsure about what has issued forth, he may choose between the ruling for maniy or madhiy. All of this applies if he is certain that something has issued forth. However, if there is doubt, the default is that nothing has issued forth.
